Creamy Basil Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup packed fresh basil leaves (1 ounce)
  2. ¼ cup roasted garlic
  3. 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
  4. ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  5. ¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  6. ½ teaspoon black pepper
  7. ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Put basil, garlic, parmesan, and vinegar in a blender.
  2. Cover and blend until combined.
  3. With a blender running, slowly add oil in a steady stream through opening in lid.
  4. Transfer to a small bowl.
  5. Add pepper and salt.
