Garlic-Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients
  1. 1 1/2 pounds small potatoes
  2. 2 tablespoons Hy-Vee Select olive oil
  3. 4 cloves minced garlic
  4. 2 tsp chopped rosemary
  5. salt and pepper, to taste
  6. 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Prepare an 18x12-inch double layer of foil.
  2. Halve or quarter potatoes; toss with olive oil, garlic, rosemary and salt and pepper.
  3. Place potatoes in center of foil. Bring short ends of foil together and fold twice to seal.
  4. Fold in the sides to seal, leaving room inside for steam to build.
  5. Grill over medium-high heat for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender, turning packet over halfway through grilling.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
