Lemon-Honey Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  1. 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  2. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  3. 2 tablespoons honey
  4. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  5. ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  6. 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  7. ¼ cup olive oil
Instructions
  1. Whisk lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper together in a small bowl.
  2. Slowly whisk in olive oil. Makes ½ cup.
