Blueberry Yogurt Pops

Ingredients
  1. 1 (16-ounce) container plain 2% Greek yogurt (2 cups)
  2. 1 (8-ounce) package fresh blueberries (1 ½ cups)
  3. 1/3 cup honey
  4. 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Blend together all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into 8 (3-ounce) ice pop molds, dividing evenly.
  3. Cover molds, insert sticks, and freeze until solid, at least 4 hours and up to 2 weeks.

  1. Per 3-ounce ice pop: 99 calories, 1.2g total fat; 0.7g saturated fat, 5.7mg cholesterol, 20mg sodium, 17.7g total carbohydrate, 0.7g dietary fiber, 5.9g protein
