Chocolate Chip Biscotti

Ingredients
  1. 2 large eggs
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  4. 1 teaspoon almond extract
  5. 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  6. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  7. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  8. 1/2 cup whole almonds, finely chopped
  9. 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl.
  3. Form dough into flat-shaped loaf and place on non-stick baking pan.
  4. Bake until firm in center, about 20 minutes.
  5. Allow loaf to cool and then slice loaf into thin slices.
  6. Distribute the slices on a non-stick baking pan and bake again until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
Notes
  1. Cool and store in air-tight container up to 1 week.
