Orange Banana Frosty
Although it’s technically still spring, the temperature has been creeping up to the mid-80s. That’s summer temperatures. To cool off now or when the mercury is really high, consider an Orange Banana Frosty. The three-ingredient recipe is easy to whip up in a blender and it’s high in protein and low in fat and carbohydrates.

Ingredients
  1. 1 banana, frozen
  2. 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  3. 1/2 cup orange juice, prepared
Instructions
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix well.
  2. If it’s too thick, add more liquid.
  3. Pour into a cup, add a orange slice and enjoy.
Notes
  1. Per 1/2-cup serving: 23 grams protein, 4 grams carbohydrate, 2 grams fiber, 1 gram fat, 45 milligrams sodium.
