Ingredients
  1. 1 diced red bell pepper
  2. 4 cups shredded fresh kale
  3. 2 tablespoons water
  4. dash hot pepper sauce
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into covered microwaveable container.
  2. Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes or until kale wilts and is tender.
  3. Serve hot.
